I hope that management sees this and takes action of what employees are doing to their hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was the gentleman that worked on Friday, 21 July doing the drinks by the pool super friendly super nice and an amazing drink. Front desk stuff was really rude and when you ask them to explain something to you, they royal eyes and give you attitude I’ve been to Vegas three times and I’ve always stayed in the Excalibar, my bad for not going to that hotel and trying something new the worst hotel I’ve ever been in my life never again will I come to this hotel or recommend any of my friends I give this hotel a zero out of a 10 the bathrooms are nasty and I have pictures of everything The air filter was super nasty, dirty not a bit of dirt would’ve fit I had to take them off and wash it. As we arrived to the hotel, we were in line for 45 minutes waiting to check in one person at the front desk after 45 minutes she went and got more people I was charged $286 when I was told I was only to pay 135 at arrival for hotel fees Elevators are nasty pool nasty they don’t give you directions to where you have to go to find the elevator to your room.
